LUSH HAUL!

Hello everyone :) so as pretty much everyone loves Lush I thought it would be nice to show you some of the things I got at the end of December! I popped into Birmingham's store and although it was jammed full of people the staff still remained calm and friendly like always..

I'd spent around £30 and was thankful for staff always asking me if I needed any help, I'd asked if there was any sale stuff left which there wasn't but the lovely woman still went out back to see, little did I know she came out with a northern lights bath bomb and just because it was the tiniest bit chipped on the outside they wasn't selling it, so she kindly said you can just have it! Such a lovely gesture.

This is why I love lush, not only are their products out of this world but I've yet to come across a staff member which isn't so friendly. I am so impressed by every product from lush that I've tried now over the years and I'm super excited to purchase some more from their valentines day range.. I mean come on how can you not? Have you seen how adorable and cute they are xD

So on to the things I purchased, some I've used and some I haven't just yet so there will be a post following after this one to discuss in detail how I felt about ones I have used. Hope you enjoy!

Before I carry on though I did kindly receive two samples, a celestial moisturiser and herbalism cleanser, they both smell amazing and I'm excited to try them.

Yoga Bomb £4.25
Fizzbanger £3.75
Avobath £3.50
Sakura £3.50
Tisty Tosty £3.50
Ickle Baby Bot £1.95
Northern Lights Bath Bomb (free)
Pop In The Bath Bubble Bar £3.65
Floating Island Bath Oil £2.00

If you have any questions about these products then please feel free to ask me anything!
I hope you enjoyed my lush haul and I will be doing a post at some point today about some of the bath bombs I have used!

Love Sarah!

I'm Back!

Hello everyone, I'm BACK!

I hope you've all had an amazing Christmas and great start to 2017!!
I know you're all probably thinking what's happened to the blog I started out with.
Well in the summer of 2016 I ended up having a new phone due to breaking my Samsung, pretty funny story actually.. went out and came back to find out the washing up liquid leaked in my handbag yes I know what an idiot xD

Because of that, I had no way of getting into my account as i'd forgot my password / the number associated with my account was an old number no longer in use. Then on the 11th October I got the keys to my very first home - So as you can imagine with moving for the first time , all the decorating ( a lot had to be done ) then all the bumps along the way with everything else and repairs it was a stressful end to 2016 - There's still things to do but that's okay because I know I will get there!

Now all that is out of the way and I'm settled I've now made a new blog and put all my old posts onto my new blog so my new or current followers have something to read whilst I'm creating new content!

I have some new and exciting ideas and I cannot wait to share them with you all, I'm hoping to do at least two posts before the end of the week, but if you follow me on Instagram or twitter (banner at the top of the post) Then you can see any updates about upcoming posts on there whilst keeping up to date with my daily pictures / tweets!

I just want to say a big thank you to those who have supported me from the start, but also any new followers too - It means a lot to me for you to take the time to comment/like or even read my posts.
It's something I love to do more than anything so I am thankful for you guys!
I'm also planning a giveaway as a thank you - so please keep your eyes peeled for your chance to enter!

Take care and thank you for reading,
Love Sarah x

parcel from Britt

My friend in Canada sent me a parcel!!
Hey everyone, I'm sorry that I've not been posting a lot lately..
I haven't been feeling myself, but I am trying my best to get content up when I can!
I hope you've all had an amazing Christmas, and hope you have a great start to 2016 <3

- So as you all know I have PCOS, I'm part of a few groups on facebook for women to talk to each other openly and freely without being judged by others, the one day I posted asking if anyone would like to be my pen pal, and the only person that has bothered, and even still stayed in contact now is my beautiful amazing friend Britt!

After writing many letters, I thought it would be nice for her if I put together a package of makeup/sweets/skin care etc from the UK, and it was something she was super excited for, she couldn't wait to open it! But around the same time Britt told me she was also putting one together for me, and now I finally have it and I love EVERYTHING she has sent me!
It's so amazing how alike we are even though she's in Canada and I'm in the UK!
One day it will be amazing to get together as she's such an amazing person <3
- I will post the pictures of my amazing things below <3
I have never tried many sweets that aren't from the uk so I was excited to see she sent me these!
* Tootsie Roll
Cadburys Crispy Crunch

Nestle Coffee Crisp
Hello Kitty Twirl Pops
Peppermint Almonds
Two Canadian leaf lollipops&two little ones
Angela's candy land chocolate factory chocolate covered fruits,
and banana shaped & flavoured sweets!

Although the hello kitty lolly is too cute to eat <3
Hello kitty is mine and Britt's favourite!

In the uk we have Betty Crocker things, but not a wide selection....
I never even knew that DUNKAROOS  were a thing, but my GOD they are SO amazing!
And as you can see in the picture one side is vanilla biscuits and the little pot on the side is the frosting. Britt sent me a pack of the vanilla frosting & rainbow sprinkles, and the chocolate frosting.

I can't believe that these aren't sold in the UK <3

In a few certain american candy stores we have jolly rancher, but not many nor have I ever seen these! I have had most of these now with my boyfriend and I can't believe how unusual but nice they are...
I had two bags of the Juicy Burst Explosion Watermelon, green apple and cherry liquid filled centers
Two boxes of original and tropical flavoured chews
And three packs of hard boiled sweets original, wild berry and passion fruit flavours.

They are very unusual tastes but they are amazing and the chews were amazing!

These are also amazing, Britt knows me so well!
Two body lotions, three nail varnishes from sally hanson, sinful colours and nyx.
Two lip balms from the body shop (which smell beautiful)
A MK watch, gorgeous eyelashes, eyelash glue and an adorable little notepad!
I have used the nail varnishes so far and they are amazing, I can't wait to get more NYX nail        varnishes now that they are sold in the uk now :D can't wait to use everything else too..

The last things I got was a beautifully wrapped scarf, and a gorgeous necklace which comes in a cute little blue bag <3

- I am SO lucky to have such a kind friend, I am thankful for her every single day and I hope one day we'll be able to meet, thank you again Britt you're amazing!
<3 <3 <3 <3

Jelly Pong Pong - Fairy Lashes Curl Mascara - £17.95
I actually received one of their mascaras a good few years back when I first subscribed to glossybox,
I was excited that I got another one, the one I had before was different though where as this one is a mascara to help with curling your lashes! This mascara has a 100% cruelty-free formula, It claims to leave lashes with dramatic volume and intense definition so I cannot wait to try this out!
Gorgeous packaging and it's full size! If you want to check out more of their products please visit the
link I'll post it here >>>>  http://jellypongpong.com/

So Susan - Haute Light Highlighting Pencil £15
This peach-hued creamy crayon will flatter anyone, apply it along the inner rim of the eyes to make the whites pop or blend over your brow bones or cheek bones to boost radiance.
100% Cruelty-Free (We do NOT test our products or ingredients on animals)
The packaging is just so cute, anyone else think so?! It may be £15 but it's worth it considering that it's not tested on animals & the effort they put into the designs for the packaging. I am a sucker when it comes to highlighting my face so this will suit my super pale face! Excited to be trying this out when I get chance.

Please visit their website they're an amazing company! <3

Lanolips Antibacterial Hand Cream £8.99
Some people received Lanolips lip glosses, so when I knew I got this Antibacterial hand cream I was so excited, it's proven to kill 99.9 % of germs. I love it's sleek packaging completely travel friendly so I'll be taking this out with me everywhere from now on :)  I have actually used this and not only does a little go a long way, it doesn't have that thick or greasy feel which is great!
For some reason the card you get in your glossy box it says this product is £8.99 but the only place you can get it is boots, and their website says £9.99...
Either way it's worth it as it does  what it says :D
_________________________________________________________________________________

Talika Photo-Hydra Day £24.85
As I suffer from dry skin I couldn't wait to get my hands on this product, it claims to be deeply hydrating, especially in the autumn/ winter! It has soothing and nourishing ingredients alongside plumping hyaluronic acid which will leave your complextion hydrated and primed!
This is so excited and I cannot wait to add this into my skin care routine :D
Please visit their website to check out their products! talika.com/US/GB/

Nicka K - Airbrush Blending Sponge £6.50
I was so shocked that I got a product that I can actually apply my make-up with,
Although I'm happy enough receiving make-up products it's always nice to switch it around!
I've always been a 100% fan of applying my foundation with a flat top brush as I find it gives a more airbrushed flawless finish  ( my opinion ) so I cannot wait to try this sponge out as I've heard great things about Nicka K products. It feels dense and soft which is awesome!
If you want to see any of their other products feel free to visit their website!! nicka.com

Beauty Crowd Haul (first impression)

Beauty Crowd Haul - First Impressions!

Good evening everyone, hope you've all had a fabulous day!

As you all probably know, yesterday I posted about my Beauty Crowd Haul.
And as promised I'm currently doing my first impressions for you ^_^ !
I was shocked at how amazing these products are, so if you're interested after reading my blog then please feel free to head over to www.beautycrowd.com  to have a look at their amazing website!
_________________________________________________________________________________

As someone who gets oily skin when I seen this on their site I jumped at the chance of purchasing it! I know it's not a  HD powder by all means, but I own a HD powder from ELF which was the worst product i'd ever tried!
No matter how much  I tried to slowly do bit by bit it just looks like a white mask     on your face - so I was nervous by Bell's claims that it doesn't leave a white mask!

I have tried this out and it's seriously the most amazing powder I've ever tried! think this is going to be my holy grail!  It's   dermatologist approved, HYPOAllergenic.
It is also not tested on animals and it's vegan friendly!
so overall £5.95 for this totally worth it :D

Milani Grandissimo lashes - Black Mascara

I've always heard people rave about this mascara, and I thought it was worth trying it out, as you can see in the picture the brush is just HUGE! So if you don't like that then I don't think this product would suit you.
I haven't got a picture unfortunately, but when I do I'll upload it to my Instagram for you guys to see the results. Although I have tried it for 2 days in a row now so I'll tell you what I personally think.   I  think the brush is a bit big BUT it's bearable.
Obviously I know it's main aim is to volumise your lashes - it does an okay job but doesn't do much really if you're the type of person who wants your lashes to be super long and curled. I don't think I'd re-purchase this one again but I'll use it up just for the fact it's not the worst mascara out there, remember these are my personal views and everyone's lashes are different so it may work differently to someone else who uses this.
It's £6 , not tested on animals, vegan friendly and the claim I do agree with is that it doesn't clump your lashes.

Absolute Maxi Satin
 Lip Crayon
I've never owned a product like this before as I didn't think they would be any good...
I'm a big fan of the red lip, so when I seen they had this in the shade ' Very Red '  I jumped at the chance and purchased it, it's such a gorgeous shade of red - and most of all the pigment is amazing, it easily glides onto your lips and the staying power is amazing!
I had this on for around 5 hours, in that time I drank and ate food and even after the results were amazing. so I'm assuming it will be good for people who go out clubbing etc!
One of my new favourite lip products!! This costs £3.95 and is in 13 different shades.
_________________________________________________________________________________
Absolute Matte Lipstick
I got this in the shade;
 Bulgarian Rose.
It's such a beautiful deep red,
Yet again like the maxi stain it has brilliant pigmentation!
This matte lipstick smells so much like grapes, yummy! I highly recommend this product and I am very excited to purchase more in different shades!! I'm not sure on the staying power as I only tested it out for a short period of time, but I'm assuming it will last all day.
This product is £3.95 and they have the matte lipsticks in 6 different shades.

Absolute Mood Lipgloss - Joy clear to pink.

I have honestly never seen anything like this before,
so when I did I thought I would give one of them a try.
I was very impressed, it didn't feel too sticky like most lip glosses do,
the scent is fruity and they have three different shades,
They have Joy which is the one I have,
Love which is clear to red and Peace, which is clear to soft pink.

It's amazing how the product is clear but as soon as it touches your skin it slowly transforms into the colour, I found the more you rub the product in the more intense the colour gets which is amazing!
At £3.95 for 10 ml of product this is totally worth it!
