Hello everyone, I'm BACK!
I hope you've all had an amazing Christmas and great start to 2017!!
I know you're all probably thinking what's happened to the blog I started out with.Well in the summer of 2016 I ended up having a new phone due to breaking my Samsung, pretty funny story actually.. went out and came back to find out the washing up liquid leaked in my handbag yes I know what an idiot xD
Because of that, I had no way of getting into my account as i'd forgot my password / the number associated with my account was an old number no longer in use. Then on the 11th October I got the keys to my very first home - So as you can imagine with moving for the first time , all the decorating ( a lot had to be done ) then all the bumps along the way with everything else and repairs it was a stressful end to 2016 - There's still things to do but that's okay because I know I will get there!
Now all that is out of the way and I'm settled I've now made a new blog and put all my old posts onto my new blog so my new or current followers have something to read whilst I'm creating new content!
I have some new and exciting ideas and I cannot wait to share them with you all, I'm hoping to do at least two posts before the end of the week, but if you follow me on Instagram or twitter (banner at the top of the post) Then you can see any updates about upcoming posts on there whilst keeping up to date with my daily pictures / tweets!
I just want to say a big thank you to those who have supported me from the start, but also any new followers too - It means a lot to me for you to take the time to comment/like or even read my posts.
It's something I love to do more than anything so I am thankful for you guys!
I'm also planning a giveaway as a thank you - so please keep your eyes peeled for your chance to enter!
Take care and thank you for reading,
Love Sarah x

KIKO MILANO HAUL
Hello everyone so after finding out there has been a KIKO store open in Birmingham since November I just had to go, all the products I'll be mentioning are purchased over 3 trips in the space of one week (sad I know) But I still cannot get over how amazing their products are!
They have 50% off in store and online on certain things, the staff are so friendly and well mannered which is amazing, the woman who served me even noticed I was wearing one of their nail varnishes without me even saying so, which shows she is dedicated and knows enough about the company to work there! I hope you enjoy my haul, I also purchased a lip liner which I forgot to add into the picture but I will list it below and I'll also put the prices of each product too <3

So as I love eye shadow that much I really wanted to buy two colours that would look amazing in the crease of my eyes, so I got one of their eyeshadows in the shade 131 Satin Coffee (left) and one of their Infinity [CLICS] system shadows in the shade 288 Mat Brown Taupe (right)
When I swatched them on my hand I was shocked at how pigmented kiko's eyeshadows are, they blend easily and glide onto your skin like a dream!!! They The 131 Satin Coffee retails for £2.90 and the 288 Mat Brown Taupe retails for £5.90. I highly recommend their eye shadows <3
Those are all the products I own from KIKO so far guys, knowing me I'll probably end up purchasing more at some point when I have the chance to, but for now I'll enjoy playing around with the products I do have and really test them out :D.
It would mean a lot to me, and KIKO if you were to check them out, I'll leave all their social media accounts below and their website so you can check out their products and keep up to date with offers/news!

_________________________________________________________________________________
The first products I actually purchased were two from their nail care, they are £4.90 each and I picked up their Gel Look Ultra Glossy Effect Top Coat, and their Strong Nails Instant Hardening Base Coat, I have used both and they are the best ones that I have tried so far, I really do recommend these products never found such great polishes, I'll 100% be buying more from their nail care range.
_________________________________________________________________________________
KIKO Nail Lacquer 266 Ultramarine Blue - £3.90
A little bit about me you probably don't know (unless you know me or have seen my Instagram)
I actually hoard nail varnishes, I just love always painting my nails and having hundreds of options when I get bored of a certain one, SO that being said I just had to purchase one of their nail lacquers in the shade 266 Ultramarine Blue, such a beautiful electric blue shade with a hint of shimmer.
I was so shocked at how glossy it looked before I even applied their gel top coat, and that being said I done my nails Saturday 16TH January, it's now the 22ND of January and they're still going strong, a few have chipped a tiny little bit but that was due to catching or breaking a nail, other than that most nails are still looking fine, If you love a long wearing nail polish that looks glossy before top coat and dries fast then I suggest you look into these, they have SO many to choose from so everyone will find one they like, and for £3.90 they are a bargain!
_________________________________________________________________________________
KIKO Matte Muse Lipstick - 01 Plushy Rose
I was super excited to see this product in store, I'm such a baby for any matte lip product, who isn't though right? :D The only shade they had left in store was this one, 01 Plushy Rose - But it's such a beautiful colour anyway so I had to buy it, super pigmented and really does stay on your lips!
The doe foot applicator makes it easier to apply as it fills more of your lip compared to a tiny normal shaped one, it glides on quite smoothly and looks beautiful on!
I did look on their website again but I can no longer find it on there :( I got it on offer for around £3.40 / £3.60 and I'm pretty sure the full price was £6.90 (not 100% though)
_________________________________________________________________________________
KIKO SOFT LIGHT POWDER - 01
As a pale girl all you fellow ghosts will understand the pain and frustration of finding powders light enough (other than translucent ones obviously) that will match your skin without looking like a Simpson or an orange x'D I was so excited when I swatched this powder in store it's in the shade 01 and it's perfect, feels so soft and smooth and it does actually have quite a lot of coverage to be honest, which is amazing, it's their soft light powder - baked mineral powder, nice sleek compact with a mirror inside perfect to take in your handbag! I'm not sure weather they've stopped selling this as I can no longer find it on their website and I really can't remember how much I paid, sorry guys!
_________________________________________________________________________________
KIKO VIVID COLOUR LIPSTICK PENCIL - 09 Ruby Red £5.90
I don't think I own many lipstick pencils, infact I'm not sure I even do, so I thought it would be a nice change to try something new so I picked up one of kiko's vivid colour lipstick pencils in the shade 09 Ruby Red, I have always been a lover of red lip sticks etc so I couldn't help myself :p
As you can see in the swatch it's a clean line and it glided onto my skin like a dream, only thing is even when I smudged it with my finger it leaves a stain, so I can't wait to try this out to see what the staying power is like :D I will keep you informed on how I get on with this! <3
_________________________________________________________________________________
KIKO EXTRA SCULPT VOLUME MASCARA £8.90
So as you all know pretty much nearly every month I get glossybox, and in December's Really Ree edition I received kiko's extra sculpt volume mascara, so although I never really purchased this in store this mascara retails for £8.90 if you were to purchase it yourselves!
I have heard a lot of people say it's a dupe for a high end mascara but for the life of me I really can't remember, but the whole idea of this big hourglass wand is to evenly distribute the texture. The brush's square ends reach the shortest lashes and those in the corners of your eyes. The formula and brush together ensure curly, volumized lashes with a panoramic effect.
I can't wait to try this out properly but it seems alright so far!
_________________________________________________________________________________
KIKO SMART LIP PENCIL 705 Bright Geranium £2.50
When I went into kiko, cause I don't really have many lip liners I thought I'd get a red one, I swatched one on my hand in store which to me looked red, so weather I got the wrong one who knows but this is their smart lip pencil in the shade 705 Bright Geranium a coral orange shade, it's super creamy and blends so well, it has amazing staying power too which is great! It's available in 16 colours <3

Glossybox December 2015
Hey again everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas and new year! :)
Sorry it's being posted near enough a month late but I wanted to post this blog tonight being as I think my January box will arrive in the morning, which I'm also excited for!
So as you all know (or should know) by now the last box of 2015 was the Rose Gold Edit in collaboration with Really Ree, I think if I remember rightly that it's based on products she's loving if it's not I'm 100% one of the products is what she uses herself and loves? Everyone also received 6 products in their glossybox :)
Brillant rose gold box last month, another cute box to add to the edition! Here's pictures/swatches and all the information on the products I have for you, would be amazing to see what you got in your box last month!
_________________________________________________________________________________
SO SUSAN STATEMENT SKIN
HIGHLIGHTER PENCIL £15
Everyone got a so susan highlighter pencil last month, and mine did come through damaged, but after speaking to Glossybox themselves they had amazing customer service and quickly sent me a replacement and as a sorry an I love... lip gloss!
- I am in love with this highlighter, it's the perfect shade for pale people like myself, and it blends easily, not gonna lie it does contain a lot of shimmer, but it makes your skin look more awake and glowing! If you fancy strobing this is also perfect for you :D
It's full size and retails for £15
You can find it on http://sosusan.com/en/

KIKO EXTRA SCULPT MASCARA £8.90
Last month some people received either a nail polish OR this mascara from an amazing company called KIKO! I was super excited when I opened my box to realise I had this, I'd wanted it for so long, the bristles are wider on the ends and slimmer in the middle which helps hold onto your lashes!
I've not properly tested this out yet but from what I can see as a quick test it's an amazing product, the packaging is different but it's nice. You get 11ml of product which I guess is the standard for any full size mascara I think ^.^ So glad that they have opened a store in Birmingham so I can purchase more!
They currently have a 50% off sale online AND in-store, and free standard shipping on all orders!
_________________________________________________________________________________
ETRE BELLE - GOLDEN SKIN CAVIAR EYE ROLL ON
This is the second Etre Belle product I have actually got in a glossybox, so I am super excited to start using this every day. The full size is actually £30.66 - so I'm hoping this stuff is good for someone to spend £30.66 on a full sized product.. After reading the information card you all get in each glossybox telling you about the products, It claims that it hydrates your skin, the cooling gel will leave the most tired of eyes looking refreshed and radiant. I think this will also be great for me in the hayfever season to help cool under my eyes and make them feel a lot fresher!
_________________________________________________________________________________
Essence Liquid Lipstick - SHOW OFF £2.50
I'm not sure about outside the UK, but Essence is a make-up brand found in Wilkinsons or online on their website. I only started seeing these products about a year or so ago, they're so cheap and yet I've heard so many good things about their products! This is their liquid lipstick in the shade show off, they are £2.50 and most of their products are pretty affordable for people on a budget!
The whole point of a liquid lipstick is that it gives you the coverage of a lipstick with the shine of a gloss, the doe-foot applicator is perfect for lining my lips - the formulation is brilliant and I feel like this shade would suit everyone! I will link their website below <3
_________________________________________________________________________________
PHILOSOPHY PURITY MADE SIMPLE
3-IN-1 CLEANSER
I've heard of this brand before, and I'm not 100% if I have got this in a box before, but it's always nice trying something new, it's their 3 in one cleanser, it's a sample size but 30ml is a good amount still.
It's an award winning facial cleanser, it deep cleans the pores removing all traces of makeup, dirt and oil, while toning and hydrating your skin at the same time. It's also super gentle, so if you have sensitive skin like myself you can also use it without problems, Quickly wash off your makeup by massaging a small amount into damp skin and work in for 30-60 seconds before rinsing!
I usually use a micellar water to remove as much make-up as I can, and THEN go onto washing my face properly, so this will be a different routine to try! :D
You can find the products on www.boots.com the full size is £18
_________________________________________________________________________________
Star Skin BIO-CELLULOSE SECOND SKIN MASK £8.50
So the 6th product everyone got last month was a star skin bio-cellulose second skin mask, there was four different ones so everyones one varies. I have never heard of this brand up until now, like every woman I love a good skin care routine, always good to look after your skin after all!
Each of the four masks they picked is soaked in 30ml of vitamin-packed serum, the equivalent to a full bottle which is amazing! It says to cleanse your face and towel dry, and that this should be applied to dry skin leave on for 20-25 minutes - gently pat the remaining serum into the skin until fully absorbed. No need to rinse face! If there's any left over serum it can be used on the neck area.
This seems so promising and I cannot wait to try it out <3
you can purchase them at www.selfridges.com
I am sorry once again that this is up a bit late, but I'm hoping january's glossybox arrives in the morning so I can do an un-boxing straight away for you lovely people!
I loved last month's box, if you'd like to follow me on any social media it's on my blog.

Glossybox November - Lipstick To Lashes!
Hey everyone as promised I'm finally getting round to posting about this months Glossy box,
Which by the way is AMAZING, before I start please feel free to comment or contact me on Instagram with your favourite product(s) this month!
I'm so glad I got to pick my lipstick shade in time before they started just randomly selecting a colour for everyone, this month they worked along with Revlon to give everyone one of their super lustrous lipstick in the shade Black Cherry 477 which is full-size!
Even when their boxes are the plain ones they are still sleek and pretty always with that cute little bow! They are £10 a month +£2.95 post and packaging.. which is always worth it considering the price of the products you get each month!

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick
I picked the shade Black Cherry 477!
I'm so bad when it comes to hoarding lipsticks or just any lip products in general,
so to hear that they were working alongside glossy box this month I was so excited!!
The sleek packaging, the gold&black and the see through bit on the top of the lid so you can see the colour without opening in shops is so amazing, I couldn't wait to swatch this for you guys...
The excitement I had when I seen how creamy this lipstick was, was just incredible..
The pigment of the lipstick and how easily it glides on is beautiful.
I would seriously suggest anyone who doesn't have one of these lipsticks to buy one, totally worth the £7.99 espc when boots have 3 for 2!
_________________________________________________________________________________
I think in one of my previous boxes I had received a Royal Apothic lip tint, maybe last year but I'm not 100% either way I was impressed with that product, so to see I had another of their products I was very pleased :) it's not often you get a good body cream in boxes!
I must admit that the box for this body cream is the most amazing design I have seen for this type of product, swirls and flowers and posh writing for the design.
It contains lactic acid to gently smooth skin, while keeping it hydrated so it stays super-soft despite the chilly winter months.to use massage into damp skin post-shower to seal in the moisture.
This is not full size - but for a travel size this is such a big tube!
The full size costs £14.50 and their website is www.royalapothic.com
_________________________________________________________________________________
Emite Diamond Heart Primer
I cannot express how happy I was to get a primer, I've had primers for eye shadow in boxes before but never for foundation! This product is also travel size which yet again... a decent amount considering it's not full size as a little goes a long way anyway :D
This illuminating soft focus primer has a peachy tint to it but once blended into your skin you obviously cannot see it, on the back of my hand it did look a bit blurred and felt amazingly smooth.
The peachy fluid balances skin tone, boosts radiance and creates a smooth finish.
I cannot wait to try this out on my face, the full size is £25.90 and can be found on their website which is www.emitemakeup.com

Eylure - Natural Lashes
As well as many other of you ladies I couldn't wait to get these Eylure lashes!
From peoples blogs/instagram posts I know some people got the natural ones or the more dramatic ones! I find I get on a lot easier with the natural ones as they aren't so thick near the band.
From peoples blogs/instagram posts I know some people got the natural ones or the more dramatic ones! I find I get on a lot easier with the natural ones as they aren't so thick near the band.
Depending how I get on with these I think they'll become my new holy grail lashes!
Eylure is such an amazing brand and at £5 a pack is a bargain.
You can get 25% off your first order on www.eylure.com by using the code 'Glossy25'
It expires on 30/11/2015
_________________________________________________________________________________
MUA Eyeshadow Palette - Undressed
I own a few eye shadow palettes from MUA ( Makeup Academy ),
but never thought of purchasing this one!
These shadows are so creamy and pigmented, I've always loved MUA's products!
I remember in like 2008/2009 when they first appeared in superdrug stores.
I actually created a look with these the other day and they blend amazingly well.
These palettes are £4 each and can be found in store/online www.superdrug.com
OR If you order from them online www.muastore.co.uk
You can get 20% off everything using the code 'MUAGLOSSY'
The code expires 31/12/2015

Mini Superdrug Haul
Mini Superdrug Haul
Hey everyone sorry that it's been about a month since I last posted anything at all,
Thought I'd share with you all my little haul from today whilst waiting for my glossy box to arrive!
I hope you all enjoy! <3
The first thing that caught my eye was the new primer from their Skin Define Hydro range,
I can't explain how much I am in love with this already, for this moment in time I've only tested it on the back of my hand, and it blended in so nice, it's lightweight and SO hydrating.
Thought I'd share with you all my little haul from today whilst waiting for my glossy box to arrive!
I hope you all enjoy! <3
So for weeks I've wanted a few of the new products from Makeup Academy (MUA)
I finally went today and purchased 3 items, which I am excited to show you all!The first thing that caught my eye was the new primer from their Skin Define Hydro range,
I have heard it's an amazing dupe for Illamasqua's Hyrda Veil, which after using the Illamasqua's one that I had in my birchbox I can say so far the MUA version feels and looks the exact same (bar the packaging)
After opening it, I used a tiny amount (which I've figured goes a long way)
As you can probably see, the formulation of this primer is gel - and as you can see once it was on my finger for a good few seconds it becomes thinner in consistency which is great!I can't explain how much I am in love with this already, for this moment in time I've only tested it on the back of my hand, and it blended in so nice, it's lightweight and SO hydrating.
Brilliant product for dryer skin, excited to do a proper review to see how it wears with foundation!
They are £5 you can find them at any superdrug store or on their website.
_________________________________________________________________________________
I also picked up the skin define hydro powder with vitamin e and jojoba,
as I do get dry skin it was just common sense to get both the primer and powder,
As you can see on the swatch the pigment is crazy.
It's a lightweight formula and the texture to me,feels super soft and not chalky at all!
I'm one for a matte make-up look so hopefully when I try this out properly it gives amazing results!
They are £3
_________________________________________________________________________________
| The top picture is without the flash, and the bottom picture is with flash. |
I own two of these already, but this is my first one since they re-done them and changed the packaging.
| I got mine in the shade Tranquility, a gorgeous nude brown colour.
I did notice that the applicator is a bit different, and slimmer.
The scent and formulation is actually different to the old ones, the new ones have a thinner formulation, but a much stronger scent...
Now that never usually bothers me, so if you aren't a fan of strong smelling lip products,
then I'd stay clear of this. I applied it to my lips without exfoliating them and using lip liner ...
The reason I done that was just to see how it would work alone, I would personally suggest exfoliating and using a lip liner before hand, they are £3 each! bargain..
_________________________________________________________________________________
The last make-up item I picked up was their new lipstick in the shade vintage rouge,
It is such a beautiful colour, when I swatched this on my hand I thought that it was super creamy and really does glide on like a dream, so I just had to try it on my lips!
Like before I never used a lipliner, just so I could see how it works alone..
It is so hydrating I am not even kidding you, it glides on without having to drag it across your lips,
Although I know it's not a lip gloss, it has that sort of shine to it once applied.
I would suggest using a lip liner though just because of how creamy and thin it is.
Beautiful shade and beautiful lipstick all round, they are £1 each!!!
The from top to bottom the first picture below will be without flash, then the second one with flash.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The last two items I picked up was from Aussie!
I picked up two bottles from their winter miracle limited edition design.
I am obsessed with their hair products and the smell is just to die for!
This is the first time I will have purchased the winter edition ones,
it contains Australian Ginseng extract and Pearl Powder!
I can't explain how nice these ones smell, I got the 500ml shampoo and 400ml conditioner! They are £5.99 a bottle BUT at the minute in superdrug they are £2.98.
Thank you for reading,
sorry it's not much but I still like to get content up for you guys when I can!
Super excited as I am waiting for my glossybox to arrive so I can do an un-boxing for you,
I am also waiting for my kind friend's parcel that she has shipped to me all the way from Canada so that will be amazing to see what lovely things she's got me.
- Please feel free to ask any questions or even suggestions of make-up looks you would like to see on my blog, all my website details are on my blog page :D
Thank you once again, and I'll speak again soon..
Sarah xo.
